Slice the Brinjals or Eggplant in thin slices
Make a batter with Gram Flour, Black cumin Seeds, Salt.
You can also add suji or baking powder to make it crispy.
Deep fry till golden brown in hot Oil.
Serve hot with a pinch of chat masala.
